There is a bit of work to do on this boat hence the price, here are my views on what needs doing.

1             new tread matting.

2             new spay hood as material is splitting

3             sanding and varnishing of all exterior wood work and small repair to hatch

4             head lining needs replacing or re-fixing

5            general tiding of engine bay and painting of the engine

6            all wood work exterior need sanding and oiling or varnishing

7           boat could do with lifting and antifouling
